Welcome to 5004 Michigan Avenue, our cozy bungalow in the heart of Nashville’s newest hotspot. Built in 1961, this single level brick home is chock full of homey comforts. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning and a glass of wine by the fire pit out back in the evening. We have loved this retro, family-style house for the past twelve years, and we are sure you will too.
We have three private bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. The futon in the living room folds out for additional (though not private) sleeping space.
While we are pet-friendly, we ask that pets remain off the furniture during your stay.
Plates, utensils, glasses, and refrigerator are all available for use in the kitchen. We ask that guests refrain from helping themselves to items in the refrigerator or pantry, however.
A rolling bin is outside the back door for trash disposal.

Summary: We had a great time in this cozy home and our dog enjoyed roaming around the gated backyard. Lots of fun things to do 5-10 minutes away. Anitra provided great communication and we would recommend her home without hesitation.
